KI Construction Materials Importer imports, distributes and supports construction and industrial machinery for projects across Ethiopia, from our head office in Addis Ababa.
Founded and registered in 2006 E.C. by Engineer Kedir Ibrahim, Founder and Managing Director, KI builds on his 23 years of experience in sales and marketing across the construction and industrial machinery sectors — generating sets, water and solar pumps, solar energy and electromechanical works.
Today KI imports and distributes construction machinery and spare parts, generating sets, water and solar pumps, pipe fittings and electromechanical products. We are the exclusive agent in Ethiopia for Power Trader Co. of South Korea, a manufacturer of hydraulic breakers and accessories. Every product comes with technical advice, consultancy and after-sales service.
Our head office is in the Samuel Deressa Building, Piassa, Arada Sub-City, Woreda 01, Addis Ababa. Everything we do follows one principle: “Quality Comes First; Customer Satisfaction Is Our Passion.”

Engineer Kedir Ibrahim Beker
Founder, Owner & Managing Director
Kedir began his career in technical equipment sales in 2004. He went on to lead machinery sales before establishing KI Construction Materials Importer in 2013. His experience spans construction equipment, pumps, power systems and international sourcing.
Today, he guides KI's product selection and supplier relationships, with a focus on equipment suited to each customer's application and reliable support after delivery.
